If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time period begins the day you receive your product and applies to new, clearance, open-box, refurbished and pre-owned products. You may return any new merchandise purchased from PowerPCMall that is "dead on arrival" or that arrives in damaged and/or defective condition for a full refund within 14 days of the date of purchase. PowerPCMall will not accept any returns sent back more than 14 days after you receive the order. You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving "dead on arrival", damaged and/or defective merchandise, otherwise the return will be subject to normal restocking fees.

With a few exceptions, we will reimburse you for returned items in the same way you paid for them. If you prefer, you can make an exchange for the same item.
Once we receive your return, we will process it within 7–15 business days. Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take up to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.
If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and return it during your return and exchange time period. We'll arrange for a replacement.
Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may be denied or limited, and state sales tax and fees will not be reimbursed.
Nonreturnable items include returned product that are damaged, unsanitary, missing major contents or not in a like-new condition. PowerPCMall reserves the right to test damaged and defective returns.
We are happy to accept returned apparel that has not been used, worn, laundered and has its original tags attached.
